We will ship within 24 business hours and the order is usually delivered to New Zealand addresses by PBT couriers within 3-5 working days of shipping and to international addresses by NZ Post.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with any item you’ve received, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do to put it right.
If we’ve sent you the wrong product or the product is in any way defective, we will give you the choice of a refund or replacement. We’ll also cover the costs of return postage.
To return your faulty or incorrect product, contact us and our customer service team will provide you with a return code and instructions for returning the product.
Please check your order carefully, as we will not accept returns if our product has not met your expectations or you have changed your mind.
When we are issuing you a refund, you can expect to see the refund on your credit card within 7 working days.
